1. Digital Products and Tools

Since our website provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (AI tools, reports, and downloadable content), we do not provide refunds once the order is confirmed and the product is sent or access is granted.

We recommend contacting us if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

2. Consultancy and Professional Services

For consultancy services, training programs, or custom AI implementation projects:

• Cancellations: Clients may cancel a service engagement by providing written notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled start.
• Refunds: If a cancellation is made within the notice period, a full refund (minus any processing fees) will be issued.
• In-Progress Work: No refunds are provided for work already commenced or completed as part of a service agreement.

3. Subscription Services

If we offer subscription-based access in the future:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods.
